TedTalk Summary : TedTalk is a nonprofit devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of short and powerful talks. I have a penchant for educational talks. Recently, I enjoyed " What do top students do differently? " by Douglas Barton. To begin with, we should not worry about our IQ because it is not the main predictor of how well we can perform on our exams. When the exam is around the corner, we usually make notes, cram all topics, read and revise our notes, or rewrite our notes again and again until we memorise them. However, top students will practise past year's exam questions. On top of that, top students will include their favourite non-study activities in their study timetable. All in all, I highly recommend this fruitful TedTalk to students who still have a negative mindset and a low sense of self-discipline.
